Since our beginning, clients have returned to Comstock and Wagner for a variety of reasons, including representation in their criminal law matters. As a result, the firm formally expanded its practice area to include Criminal Law and hired criminal law attorney Michael Gazell in 2024 as a full-time criminal law attorney at Comstock and Wagner. Our firm is pleased to offer our existing and new clients representation in all areas of criminal law including DUI, assault & battery, theft & vandalism issues, and all forms of felony and/or misdemeanor charges.
