Leticia Garcia

Leticia (Letty) Garcia has been Comstock & Wagner's receptionist since 2018. Letty is the friendly voice our clients and colleagues hear when they call our office, and the smiling face that greets them when they walk in the door. Her duties at the firm include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and calendaring court dates. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Letty often helps out as a translator for those clients who need that service, and in general supports the attorneys in any way needed.

Letty is valued at the firm for her friendly demeanor and positive attitude as well as for the efficiency with which she carries out her work. She takes pride in being a part of a team that really cares for clients and helps them move forward in their lives, and enjoys seeing clients leave satisfied with the outcome of their cases.

A native of LaPuente, California, Letty now lives in Santa Maria with her spouse and three children, one of whom plans to study to become an attorney! Letty herself plans to further her legal education by enrolling in the paralegal program at Allan Hancock college.
