Michael T. Gazell

Michael T. Gazell is an associate attorney at Comstock and Wagner. Michael graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Michael then graduated from Western State College of Law in 2015 with a Juris Doctor. Michael was admitted to the practice of law by the State Bar of California in 2019. After working at the law firm founded by his grandfather in Yorba Linda, California, Michael moved back home to the Central Coast in 2020 to practice criminal defense at a local law firm. In 2024, Michael opened his own law practice to serve the local community and joined Comstock and Wagner thereafter in 2025 to start their criminal defense practice. Michael has gained a reputation in the community for his passion for criminal defense and love of the courtroom.
