Sergio Vergara is Comstock & Wagner's project specialist and case manager, and has been with the firm since 2015. His work includes overseeing the various procedural postures of the firm's cases, helping the attorneys calendar hearings and tasks, preparing exhibits for trial, and gathering information from clients. Sergio works closely with Comstock & Wagner's attorneys, allowing them to focus on the more complex aspects of their cases and operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Born in Mexico and fluent in both English and Spanish, Sergio routinely interprets for the firm's clients who communicate primarily in Spanish, as well as helping them answer questions and fill out forms. Working directly with clients is Sergio's favorite part of the job. He observes that the time when clients are working with the firm is often one of the most difficult times of their lives, and he enjoys being able to offer a little extra help and personal attention when it is needed most. Sergio's colleagues at Comstock & Wagner appreciate his positive attitude and the fact that he shares their commitment to going the extra mile for clients.
A native of Santa Maria, Sergio is a graduate of Santa Maria High School and has taken coursework in Paralegal Studies at Allan Hancock College. He is also active in the community as a member of the Orcutt Lions Club.
