Nicole Radakovich

Attorney Nicole Radakovich became a part of the team at Comstock & Wagner in 2019, but she has dedicated her entire legal career to the practice of family law. Nicole is particularly respected for her work in the area of child custody and visitation, and has represented parents and children in numerous high-conflict custody matters for well over a decade.

Nicole attended law school with the goal of becoming a family law attorney. She wanted to use her legal training to directly help children and families. While still in law school, she served as a Judicial Extern at the San Francisco Unified Family Court and worked as a Child Advocacy Intern in the Dependency Division of the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office.

Unsurprisingly, given her background, Nicole’s approach to family law practice is very child-centered. She works with her clients to make decisions that will benefit their children and make co-parenting easier on them. Clients appreciate Nicole’s compassion, strong advocacy, and focus on their families’ future. She helps clients going through divorce or custody matters through their immediate challenge with care and compassion, but also helps them keep their long-term goals in mind.

Nicole truly enjoys working with her clients and makes it a priority to get to know them and be accessible to them. She notes that the most satisfying part of her practice is being able to listen to her clients, connect with them, and give them sound, practical advice during an emotional time in their lives.

When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, especially hiking, going to the beach, or enjoying her children’s sporting events.
